Ramada by Wyndham Shymkent

The hotel is brand new and fresh, clean. The room was big and with a big comfortable bed. I like the work of housekeeping service, unfortunately dont remember her name, tall lady with short brown hair, she was very polite and helpful from housekeeping. The manager Timur was helpful and solved the issue operative.

Very good size of room! temperature inside!!! it was not cold or hot! Good shower and water temperature( no need to wait for warm water)!!! Good personal! Breakfast wasn’t to much, but good prepared! Spa service was very Good as well! thanks

the hotel is fine and services are nice and according to the price paid. The location is great, close to the mall.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Spa accessible and amazing restaurant in the building. We were leaving very early for our flight and staff still gave us packed boxes with breakfast, that was really kind.
